THE HOUSE
This large beautifully furnished 2 storey home, which is fully heated and air conditioned throughout, can accommodate up to 10 people.
Downstairs, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
When it comes to eating, the choice is yours -sit at the breatfast bar for a quick snack, or opt for the elegant table and chairs in the spacious breakfast nook or the more formal dining area.
The living space is vast, comprising the aforementioning dining area, a sitting area and a family room with cable TV and DVD player.
Upstairs, you will find two king master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, the first master bathroom sporting a spa jacuzzi bathtub. The third and fourth twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. Each bedroom has plenty of storage and and hanging space.
Outside, the screened pool area is not overlooked from the rear, so you can enjoy the uninterrupted view over a vast expanse of lawn as you swim in the pool or relish the luxury of the jacuzzi hot tub. The downstairs half bathroom, comprising WC and washbasin, is accessible directly from the pool deck for your convenience.
THE LOCATION
The house is on a pleasant residential street in Windwood Bay, a peaceful rural neighbourhood. It is difficult to believe you are only 15 minutes from the gates of Disney World's four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios), and you can reach them via a cross country route which avoids the busy freeway!
The numerous other attractions which have made Orlando such a popular destination (Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild, Islands of Adventure...) are all easily accessible and less than 30 minutes away.
Golfers are in for a treat with 4 courses within 6 miles. Both the prestigious ChampionsGate and Reunion Golf Resorts are less than 2 miles from the villa.
