Description of the 1st floor
Opposite the entrance is the staircase to the 2nd floor and to your left is a large closet suitable for luggage. On the side of the staircase are the toilette and bathtub (equipped with hair dryer and accessories). A small corridor leads you to a 12m² room that contains a bed for 2, other arrangements and a hi-fi stereo system. And above this room is a mezzanine that contains a circle bed for 2.
Description of the 2nd floor
American kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric plate heater and furnance and of course the necessary kitchen accessories. Opposite the kitchen is a room 9m² equipped with a bed for 2, fold-out couch-bed, regular couch, large screen TV with cables, an internet connection, and 1 table with eight chairs. Also, there is a toilette on this floor containing magazines and guides.
Description of the 3rd floor
Large sliding door opens to the pathway to the 9m² terrace, which has plenty of room for chairs and table for your panoramic view of the harbor. A barbecue is included for fresh catches of the day from the Quay of the Belgians which is located just 2 minutes away from this apartment!
