These smart 2-bedroom deluxe apartments of 80m² are part of an upmarket two-storey complex overlooking a turquoise bay between Mont Choisy and Trou aux Biches on the north coast of the island.
The round communal swimming pool with its wooden decking, comfortable sun loungers and colonial parasols, steps directly down to a white sandy beach and the wide lagoon which is ideal for water sports as it is protected by coral reefs.

Location

The property is within walking distance of a bureau de change, a bank, a diving centre, the upmarket Le Pescatore restaurant (next-door) and the big game fishing club Le Corsaire (50m).
A pharmacy and a small but well-stocked supermarket (Chez Popo) is 1 km away.
A medical centre and a choice of restaurants are 10 minutes by car and the airport 75 mins away.

Interior

Every apartment is elegantly designed in a cool white and black contemporary style throughout and its specifications are to a very high standard.
The minimalist lounge, with its Plasma LCD TV (Satellite channels) and single sofa bed has floor-to-ceiling glass panels which slide open on to a terrace, furnished with smart wooden patio dining table and chairs, from where to enjoy alfresco meals and sundowners while gazing at the big fishing boats bobbing up and down on an orange bay at sunset.
The modern and well-equipped American kitchen has a breakfast bar with contemporary bar stools; its dark granite worktops contrasting beautifully with the white cupboards and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom a double bed and a single bed.
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have an LCD TV, and an en suite open-plan shower-room/WC each.
Additionally, bedroom 1 has a bathtub with ocean views as well as a door to the terrace.
In some units the single bed has been converted to a bunk bed, and all units have a sofa bed in the lounge for a child

Neighbourhood

Next door to Le Pescatore Restaurant, the Blue Water Diving Centre and the Deep Sea Fishing Club. Water-skiing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, parasailing and glass-bottom boating are all easily available along the beach in nearby Trou aux Biches. Other activities include deep-sea fishing and trips in a hydroplane (next-door), Blue Safari Submarine and Blue Water Diving Centre (50m), sun-downer cruises by catamaran in the lagoon, catamaran excursions to the small islands in the North.
