A spacious veranda with a dining and lounge area, along with a sun terrace facing the ocean, provides the perfect place to unwind throughout the day. Four bright bedrooms—two on each floor—offer either refreshing sea breezes or views of the inner courtyard. Three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth has access to a separate bathroom located just next door. The house includes a fully equipped separate kitchen, as well as generous indoor and outdoor living and dining areas. Everything has been designed for comfortable cooking, shared meals, and quality time together. Natural ventilation and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant and airy atmosphere throughout the property.
Located just 9 km from Praslin Airport, the house is an ideal base for exploring the southern part of the island. The nearest beach begins right in front of the property, while attractions such as Grand Anse Beach (approximately 6.5 km away), the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Vallée de Mai (around 7 km away), famous for its endemic Coco de Mer palms, and Anse Lazio (approximately 13 km away) are all easily accessible by car. A particular highlight is the nearby and lesser-known Fond Ferdinand Nature Reserve. Just a five-minute drive away, a hiking trail winds through lush tropical vegetation to a panoramic viewpoint offering breathtaking island views. Had a lovely stay here. The house can easily take two families of 4-5. Having a car is preferable although public buses do run by fairly regularly. Car hire was arranged by the owner before we arrived and maid service daily. Welcome package of basics was provided. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet so had great sleep. The property is right on the beach so the kids can go and play whist the adults watch from the veranda. Breakfast looking out to the sea in the morning was beautiful. The best thing was swimming out to the rocks opposite the house and seeing the turtles and fish around them - just amazing! Jay Singapore

Belle surprise pour notre séjour, nous étions les seuls occupants de la maison spacieuse et bien équipée, un luxe. Parking privé, accès privé à la plage, jardin privé pour la détente, le top ! Rebecca, qui nous a accueillis était présente tous les jours pour nous conseiller et entretenir les lieux. En cette saison le bruit de la mer sur les rochers pourrait incommoder les sommeils légers. Un camp de base bien situé pour découvrir Praslin.

Rebecca nous attendait avec toute sa gentillesse, elle nous avait préparés des jus de fruit et des gâteaux excellents qu'elle avait faits elle même. Nous avons pu constater au quotidien son dévouement pour nous aider. La maison était identique aux photos pas de mauvaise surprise, très grande et spacieuse, 4 chambres 4 salles de bains, une vue extraordinaire sur l'océan.
