This is a spectacular villa with private pool on the beach. Open Floor plan with living area, dining room and gourmet kitchen all with amazing water views. There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths as well as an office / library and laundry room. The covered porches overlooking the pool and patios offer ample outdoor seating areas and comfortable teak furnishings. The Patio and tropically landscaped grounds surrounding your private pool include outdoor speakers and a great grilling area.
On-A-Whymm comes with everything one could need - including your own boat - so just bring your bathing suit and fishing rod!

Additional information
- During the Christmas - New Years holidays we require a two week minimum stay. Accepting reservations 12 months in advance
Rates Include:
- Airport Pick-up on Day of Arrival at the Stella Maris Airport (SML)
- Assistance with Rental Car Reservations
- Provisioning Services day of arrival
- Use of 13' Boston Whaler (guest pays for fuel and oil)
- Use of two Kayaks
- Midstay Cleaning Services (on bookings over one week)
Rates do not include
- Return transportation to SML airport on departure

A 50% Deposit is required within 5 days Balance is Due 30 days prior to arrival
Guest Charges are due on arrival in cash
Security Deposit = to 15% or $800 (which ever is greater) is due on arrival in the form of a credit card. We will pre-authorize your card for the stated amount. Within 30 days of your departure this charge will clear less any charges against it (cleaning over 6 hours, boat fuel, phone charges, damage to villa or boats)
Due to our remote location once a reservation is booked, you are responsible for the rental period. Should you need to cancel for any reason, please call us as soon as possible as we will make every effort to rebook the rental period. If we are successful in rebooking the space, your deposit will be returned less a 15% cancellation fee.

Property exactly as shown. Very well designed, top quality, comfortable, clean home and grounds. Carol is very organized and thought of everything! She gave us travel tips, stocked the kitchen with items we requested, and had us picked up at the airport. She made sure that our arrival was so easy and was readily available if we needed anything during our stay. She arranged for our rental car, so we explored the island: Dean's Blue Hole, Clarence Town, and we went on a very fun deep sea fishing trip with Captain Delbert in the North. Urshula (a sweetheart!) cooked for us one night. 4 Stars only because the beach is not exactly what we would have wanted in terms of having good snorkeling and fishing- and nobody claimed there was, so I would never say that the property was misrepresented. However, since boat use is included with this property and we enjoyed taking the boat to the nearby rocky island and snorkeling there a bit. We went to the left of the cove and encountered a school of Barraduca. There are gorgeous and very tiny shells to find on the beach. If you want to stay in luxury, cook some meals for yourself, have all of the comforts of home (tv, dvd player, stereo with several zones inside and out, pool, top of the line kitchen and bedding) and be right on the beach, this is a great choice.
