Allender Apartments is located just 2k from the Brisbane Central Business District and 1k from Fortitude Valley with its energetic nightlife and Brisbane’s Chinatown. The apartments are 20 minutes from Brisbane Airport.
Walk to the City or catch a bus or ferry. With the bus-stop right outside our apartments, access to Fortitude Valley and the City is easy.
The apartments are a short walk from Merthyr Village where you will find a Coles supermarket, one of the best fruit shops in Brisbane, bakery and many many more shops - all open seven days a week.
The Brisbane Citycat (our ferry system) is 800 metres from the apartments and will have you in the City in 13 minutes. It is also a most pleasant way of exploring Brisbane (The River City) travelling from Brett’s Wharf to the Queensland University – you can ride the Citycat at your whim hopping on and off at places of interest. Tickets are also interchangeable with our bus and rail system.
