The location let the building be perfectly communicated: It is 5 minutes far away from the Autovía A-8 and 10 minutes far away from the city of Santander.
However, the most underlining aspect is that within a 5 kilometer radius, you and your family will find more than 8 different beaches such as Canallave and Valdearenas, both are part of the Natural Park called Las Dunas de Liencres.
In these fantastic places you will enjoy unending sandy areas and you will be able to surf. You can also visit Somocuevas; a naturist beach. In conclusion, in this area you will always have a good time whatever your likings are.
