2,000-m² finca with a total of four holiday homes in a quiet location in the south-east of Tenerife, about 450 m above sea level with a view of the mountains and the sea. Sun and soft Climate all the year.
Up from the village square of Arico el Nuevo with its 17th century church, past wooden gates hiding Canarian style courtyards, you arrive at the finca of El Sitio de la Casa.
There Four five cottages dotted around the grounds. La Casita with two bedrooms which shares its pool with El Granero an old grain store converted to a large studio and the two one bedroom cottages La Buganvilla and Los Naranjos each with their own plunge pools.
The emphasis here is on beauty, peace and privacy - each unit has its own garden space as well as having access to the finca in general with its meditation area and barbecue. It has own Restaurant, with international food.
Cleaning of the houses to week half and change of Towels.
Arico el Nuevo is situated on Tenerifes South coast. It is about 35 minutes drive from the south airport, 15 minutes to the nearest beach at Poris de Abona and about half an hour to the better El Mιdano beach.
The islanders will make you feel at home wherever you choose to go from Arico el Nuevo. |
