A luxurious, self-contained, self-catering garden flat located in a leafy conservation area 3 minutes walk from Southfields underground and shopping. Situated at garden level, with large patio doors to its own patio and a delightful secluded garden, the apartment is bright, cheerful and remarkably tranquil with complete freedom from traffic noise. Sitting room equipment includes a colour television with satellite and extensive channel coverage, VCR, hifi and telephone with answerphone. Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access also available.
The spacious bedroom has a choice of superkingsize double or twin 3ft (90cm) single beds with colour TV, telephone, radio/alarm, hairdryer,trouser press, and adjacent shower room with toilet. Allbed and bath linen is included and a fold-up bed, child's cot and highchair can be provided for a third person or child if required.
The fully equipped kitchen includes fan and microwave ovens, electric hob, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposer, food processor and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will require.
Always cool in summer, efficient central heating and insulation ensure winter warmth. The apartment is beneath the main house of your hosts who will be on hand to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and trouble free. Facilities include laundry room available with washer and tumble-dryer, general use of garden with own patio and gas barbecue. |

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely flat, and had absolutely everything we needed. The flat is well equipped, and Alan and Monica were knowledgable and gracious in answering our questions about London and the region. The flat is convenient to the tube stop, shops, and pubs in the pleasant village of Southfields. We can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next visit to London!

We enjoyed our week in London very much, and particularly appreciated the quiet, clean and well situated garden flat. We saved a lot of money by doing our own cooking, packing lunches and coming home in the evening for dinner- the kitchen is very well appointed. Alan and Monica were very helpful and we would definitely stay with them again on future visits. Thanks for everything.
