The house takes the form of three separate pavilions with traditional hip roofs, elegant clean lines and lively colours designed around a spacious central courtyard and pool terrace.

Villa Margarita features living room, gourmet galley kitchen, spacious covered porch with living and dining areas, game room, private master bedroom suite and two guest suites all with private patios and majestic views. All rooms are complemented with ceiling fans and are air-conditioned.

Villa Margarita is approached by a gated driveway leading to an ample parking area and garage. The main entrance is enhanced by lovely stone walls reminiscent of Caribbean ruins. The foyer opens to a wonderful flow of light and airy comfortable rooms. The gourmet galley kitchen has maple cabinets, granite countertops and state of the art stainless steel appliances. The large pantry conveniently provides access to the garage and the entry courtyard.
The Great Room is graced by tall pine ceilings, French doors, travertine floors and a stone fireplace for cooler evenings. Just beyond is the ample covered verandahs with lounging, BBQ and al fresco dining areas leading to the heated swimming pool (12’ x 32’) and terrace complete with hot tub.

The 2 private guest bedroom suites are located in the third pavilion and are fully air-conditioned. One room has a Queen bed and a single bed, while the second offers a Queen four poster bed.
