Holiday home exchange located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the highly thought-after area of sandpiper, the house, which was fully remodelled in 2004, sits on a 0.5 acre(2000mē)landscaped garden and features a beautiful heated/lit swimming pool(36/18 ft) and a jacuzzi overlooking CLUBMED Sandpiper's golf course.
Its layout, its size (2200sq ft or 200 mē fully A/C and its furniture make it an ideal holiday home for uo to 2 families( 2 couples+ 4 children).
With access to club med resort(18 tennis courts, circus, trapeze, waterski, wakeboarding,sailing,rollerblading, aerobics, gym,3 swimming pools,archery, pitch&putt, massage,restaurants....,it will particularly suit sports fanatics and golf ,enthusiasts( 4 golf courses within 10 mn drive).Ocean and beaches 15 mn away.
The house being our holiday home, no money was spared on making it truly a home with a holiday and luxurious feel ( home cinema, barbecue,two patio lounges, deck chairs,4 bicycles,swimming pool toys,bodyboards,etc...)
CLUB MED resort only 5 mn away by car where family daily,weekly memberships are available and very competitively priced(eg $75/family/week).this gives free access to all the sport facilities.
