HOUSE VACATION RENTAL in GRANADA - ANDALOUSIA - SPAIN.
House with two floors and a garden situated in the best zone of the historical neighborhood the Albaizyn, 200 metres far from San Nicolas view point, 5 minutes walking from the city center, 25 metres far from a bus stop (there are little buses that comunicate the Albaizyn with the city center and with the Alhambra). There are restaurants, supermarket etc near the house. G
ROUND FLOOR: Very sunny garden: Iron table and chairs, wooden bench, portable swimming-pool ( June- September). Living-dining room: Three-piece suite, satellite TV, 18th century Alpujarras tapestry, 18th century pictures, 18th century walnut tables. Kitchen with Refrigerator-freezen, electric oven, cooker, food mixer, sandwich maker. Toilet: WC, wash basin.
UPPER FLOOR: 2 bedrooms,Each one with two single beds with latex mattresses, fitted wardrobe, Alpujarras tapestry, selected bed-clothes and pillows, window overlooking the garden. Bathroom: Shower-bath, wash basin, bidet, WC, hair dryer.
IT IS OFFERED: Air conditioned (hot-cold) in both floors. Hot water ( electric water heater, 150 l).Complete set of dressing gowns and towels for each person..
HISTORY:It was the cottage of the caretakers of the 16th century moorish house "El Corralon".
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: 5 PEOPLE. (the fifth person will sleep in the sofa of the living room).
The Albaizyn is situated on a hill in front of the Alhambra. It is a big laberinth formed by narrow streets and white houses ( they are called Carmenes ). This neighborhood is full of life and traditions. There is a street market in Plaza Larga every saturday, there you will find vegetables, flowers, clothes... it is a very authentic ambient. In such a little geographic space there are important Churches, monumental houses, superb gardens, shops, schools... |
