-La Majadera- is located at Las Rosas in El Rosario country, at the north-east of the island of Tenerife. It occupies 3.500 m2 in area comprising a typical canarian style 150 year old house, L shaped and incorporating a patio. The house is also oriented to the south and therefore protected from the unpleasant north winds.
The house has recently been restored and is divided in two different sections:
“La Higuera”, comprising two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and comfortable living room whit chimney.
“El Peral”, comprising one bedroom, a bathroom, and a large living room, which kitchen- dining area.
These areas share the patio, barbeque, utility room, garden and parking spaces.
"La Majadera" is located at Las Rosas in El Rosario country, at the northeast of Tenerife Island.
