Calendula's Guest House
Located in Amsterdam's Jordaan quarter, the most described and romanced district of Amsterdam Centrum. Rembrandt lived the last years of his life in the Jordaan district. Started as a district for the poor and working class, today it is a favorite place for students, artists and professionals. It is the home of the Noordermarkt, where many Amsterdammers shop on Saturdays at the outdoor market, small boutiques or relax in one of the many cafes, restaurants, small pubs and outdoor terraces. Come and stay in our home and experience quiet neighborhood life, just a few minutes walk from Central Station, museums and the nightlife of Amsterdam.
Calendula's house was built in the first half of the 18th century and is registered as a monument home with the city of Amsterdam.
On the ground level: Kitchen, Living room with computer acccess, 24 hour internet, VCR and TV.
At the back of the building is the enclosed garden.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
We offer 2 guest bedrooms on the first floor or the entire apartment that sleeps 2 -6 pers.
Rates begin at 80 euros for a single, 90 euros for a double and 35 euros per extra bed. €195 for apartment for first 3 persons +€35 pppn
Breakfast is self catered in kitchen, does not include breakfast but you may use the kitchen.

A large space with lots of light, the room has one double, one single, and one futon couch bed. The room is perfect for families traveling with 4 persons. Double bed €90 + €25 for each extra bed. For large families the children can sleep in the Amsterdam room and the adults will have the privacy of the Garden Room. |
