To the south of the Costa Dorada lies Costa Del Azahar. Running down to Valencia and past Gandia, the landscape is mostly flat and dominated by groves of orange trees.
The beaches are flat and sandy but inland the countryside can be quite hilly.
The area is accessible via two airports Valencia airport although most people prefer Alicante Airport in the north where more flights are available.
One of the provinces along this coast is Castellon. It stretches along 120km of coast between Tarragona and Valencia. The beaches along this coast are among the best in Spain.
Golf: the golf lovers find 3 big golfclubs in the Costa del Azahar along the coast. Club de Golf Costa de Azahar, Club de Campo Mediterráneo and Club de Golf Panorámica.
