Additional Notes : *$200 deposit holds your reservation. Full payment plus a $100 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage deposit less any damage charges will be returned within 2 weeks of the rental.
*Rentals of 3 nights or less will incur a housekeeping fee.
*Cancellation policy: Your deposit less $100 will be refunded on cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less then 45 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of deposit. All monies are forfeited for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the home can be re-booked. We do not refund any money due to conditions beyond our control such as undesirable weather or unexpected travel deviations. If a cancellation is necessary, we will make every effort to reschedule the reservation for another date depending upon availability.
