Le Taillé is a place blessed by nature, conducive to rest and centering. It covers 250 acres of woodland in the midst of the Ardèche Mountains Regional Park.
Villa Christina, with an area of 2,800 sq. ft, is a luxury holiday residence. It can accommodate 8 guests, has its own private swimming-pool, tennis court and flower gardens. A penthouse flat is situated next to the main villa.
Except for the months of July and August the villa can also be rented to 2 or 4 persons.
A small interior zen garden is an invitation for nature to penetrate inside the main part of the villa. Large bay windows open onto the surrounding countryside and the swimming pool.
There are three bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Special care has been taken in designing bedrooms and bathrooms so that they are both bright and roomy.
The living rooms have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Space has been a key component in architecture so that the whole place breathes harmony and restfulness.
The wonderful Boulogne river with its wild surrounding vegetation hides at the bottom of a lush green valley at the heart of the estate.
In the vicinity the 11th century castle also called Boulogne rises proudly to greet summer visitors for light shows and theatre performances in the evenings.
Le Taillé is a workshop and retreat centre set in the midst of a 250-acre wooded estate in southern Ardèche. In this place which is blessed by nature all buildings are made of wood and stone and the combination of traditional and modern architecture ensures that the structures blend with the natural curves and declivities of the ground. The whole complex fits perfectly into the surrounding natural environment. This auspicious place is conducive to resting and centering, and provides the ideal frame for such activities as martial arts, yoga and artistic pursuits.
Le Taillé is also open to corporations who wish to organize workshops different from conventional hotel facilities.
The centre can also accommodate private persons wishing to enjoy a few days´relaxation.
