This beautiful oceanfront house has 5 bedrooms, plus an additional loft bedroom, 3.5 baths, and sleeps 2-18 people. There are two very large master suites each with private baths. Each are furnished with king size quality mattresses. These bedrooms feature amazing panoramic views; there are dozens of large windows overlooking the beautiful Exuma Sound. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have queen beds. Bedroom 5 has a twin bed. There is also a bonus loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. Every room in this house except for the kitchen hallway bathroom has an ocean view.
For your convenience the gourmet kitchen is fully functional and comes with a dishwasher and microwave.
A beautiful, turquoise-blue bone fishing creek runs adjacent to the property.

There is a private pool located on this secluded 14-acre Olivia D'Windrift estate, and you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of Exuma Sound right from your front door. From the house, it is a short two minute stroll to the beach. The estate is located right on a beautiful beach on the calm Atlantic side of the island. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy the panoramic view as you relax in bed or on the deck.
Enjoy all the comforts of this house including air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, movies, a DVD player, and a stereo and CD player. We have installed high-speed WIFI, which is available throughout the house and outside decks. A barbeque grill, tennis court, and 2 sea kayaks are also provided. These items are complimentary.
