of exchanging is very simple and relies on the trust between the
partners of the exchange: you come to my home and I go to yours.
You can contact your partner beforehand, so do not hesitate to define
precisely your needs and requirements (accept smoking, pets, etc.).
Whether
you own, rent or timeshare a home, you can exchange it, just as
if you were lending it to friends. Your comprehensive home insurance
will cover any possible damage.
The money
you will save might encourage you to renew the experience several
times a year and save money on accommodation, food and car rental
(most of our members also exchange their cars, you only need to
give your insurance company the name of the new driver).
The procedure
is flexible: the exchange can be done at different moments and the
unit types may differ from one another. The two partners define
the conditions between themselves.
We offer
you several possibilities: some members will exchange their main
home, others their second home or even a hotel apartment in which
you will have access to facilities such as the swimming pool, the
tennis court, the maid service, the reception, the restaurant, etc.

Your subscription to our holiday accommodation exchange service
is valid for one full year and enables you to use the exchange
service as many times as you wish.

You accept having the text describing your accommodation and
the three photographs displayed on our vacationkey.com website
during a one-year period commencing the first day of appearance
on the site .
Our services will furthermore effect the translation into English
or other languages at no extra cost .
Once your advertisement is registered, you will be assigned
a personal numbered code in order to access data on other members
of the service .
All members of the exchange can advertise an ad for one full
year in our Rentals Column or in the Luxury Rentals Column at
no extra charge .
The advertiser must fill in the "exchange registration form"
as honestly as possible and describe the accommodation as it really
is. It is the advertiser's responsibility to inform Vacation Key
Corp. of any substantial change in the data regarding the advertisement
(availability, change of email address / telephone number…) Erroneous
data or recurring omissions may result in the interruption of
advertisement on our site.
Vacation Key Corp.'s responsibility is limited to offering information
concerning holiday accommodation exchange offers on our vacationkey.com
website in conformity with the "exchange registration forms" that
are submitted to the corporation and rigorously screened for selection.
The corporation will not intervene, under no circumstances, in
the relations between the two exchange partners.
As a member, you are entitled to modify, rectify, correct or
delete data from the exchange registration form (article 34 of
the French law "computers and rights"). For these purposes, please
contact our services.
The approval of the "exchange registration form" requires acceptance
of the preceding general terms and conditions.
